Founder & CEO
Opened the first Elevate location in 2014 after eight years coaching Division I athletes. Still trains on the floor every Friday.
Elevate Fitness Club is a premium fitness and wellness destination built on the belief that true fitness transforms every part of life, not just the hour you spend training.
Elevate opened its doors in 2014 as a single strength-focused studio on Riverfront Avenue. What started as a 4,000-square-foot space with a handful of barbells has grown into a six-location premium fitness brand — but the founding idea hasn't changed: coaching matters more than equipment, and results come from consistency, not intensity alone.
Today, Elevate serves more than 24,000 active members across strength training, group fitness, personal coaching, and corporate wellness programs, while staying true to the member-first culture the club was founded on.
To empower people to live stronger, healthier, and more confident lives through exceptional coaching, innovative fitness programs, and a supportive community.
To become one of the world's most respected fitness brands by delivering life-changing results, world-class experiences, and a thriving wellness community.
We hold coaching, facilities, and service to a standard worth training for.
Members train alongside neighbors, coworkers, and friends, not strangers.
Honest programming and honest pricing, even when it's not the easy answer.
Consistency over intensity. We coach habits that outlast motivation.
We keep testing new formats and equipment instead of settling for what's familiar.
Every program has a scaled option. Fitness levels are a starting point, not a gate.
Coaches check in, track progress, and follow up — training isn't left to chance.
Training, nutrition, recovery, and mindset are treated as one connected system.
