HIIT

Interval-based training that combines strength and cardio for maximum calorie burn — no two rounds are exactly the same.

Overview

45 minutes, all-out effort

HIIT alternates short bursts of maximum effort with brief recovery windows, using a mix of kettlebells, sleds, rowers, and bodyweight movement. Each class follows a different structure so your body never fully adapts to one pattern.

Questions

HIIT FAQs

Yes. Every movement has a scaled option, and the coach walks the room throughout class. Work at your own pace — HIIT is about relative effort, not matching the person next to you.

Most members do well with 2–3 HIIT sessions per week, balanced with lower-intensity training or rest days in between to allow recovery.

A light snack with carbohydrates and a little protein 60–90 minutes beforehand works well for most people. Avoid a heavy meal right before an interval-based session.
